Are mockups free and how soon can I see one?
All mockups are free. After we receive all necessary information from you (design, colors, collar, and all required logos), you will receive the mockup asap. Our design process generally takes between 4-5 business days, but may be a little longer during certain parts of the year. Click Here to request your free custom mockups.
How much are your jerseys?
All single sided jerseys are $49.99, which includes UNLIMITED customization and FREE UPS Ground Shipping (our Pro Premier fabric costs an additional $10 per jersey. Learn more about our fabric choices here). Single sided shorts are $34 each.
All double sided reversible jerseys are $69.99, which includes UNLIMITED customization and FREE UPS Ground Shipping (our Pro Premier fabric costs an additional $10 per jersey. Learn more about our fabric choices here). Double sided reversible shorts are $44 each.
What does unlimited customization include?
As many logos/graphics that you want on your jersey, front and/or back player number, player name, etc. Literally everything is included in our per jersey price.
Why are your jerseys so much cheaper than the rest of the world's?
It's pretty simple; we aren't trying to rip you off. We believe in providing an excellent product at an excellent price. In doing so, we hope to help basketball clubs around the USA and the world save as much money as possible while providing an excellent order experience.

How much are your jerseys?

After we receive final design confirmation from you, receive all sizes/numbers, and receive payment in-full, you will have your jerseys in-hand in 4-6 weeks. There are certain times of the year when a faster turnaround is possible, as well as times when our turnaround might take longer. Contact Us for details. How fast will I receive my non-sublimated apparel order (semi-custom items)?
Semi-custom items are all apparel decorated with embroidered and/or screen-printed logos. These orders ship within 10-15 business days beginning the business day after payment is received for the order.

Do you provide a discount if I order a second jersey for my team?
Absolutely. Each additional set of jerseys (beyond the first set) carries a 10% discount. This includes a second set for the same team, or each additional team within your organization.
For example:
Jersey #1 = $49.99 each
Jersey #2 = $44.99 each
*Discount applies to sets of jerseys ordered at the same time (i.e. paid for on the same invoice)
Do you provide bulk discounts for large orders?
Absolutely. Here's our bulk pricing breakdown:
*30 or more jerseys = $46.99 each
*50 or more jerseys = $44.99 each
*75 or more jerseys = $42.99 each
*PROGRAM PARTNER DISCOUNT = if the organization orders 100 or more jerseys, ALL jerseys are $39.99 each
Better yet, there is no limit to the amount of designs. For example, if the organization has 5 teams, each team can select a different design from your mockup page at no extra cost. Ordering 300 or more jerseys? Contact Us for a custom quote
I may add a player or two at a later date. Do you offer one-off ordering?
Yes. After your team order, you will be able to re-order an individual jersey (or any other quantity) of the same design whenever you need...for the rest of time. We understand that your roster changes over time!

Do you ship outside of the USA?

What fabrics are your jerseys made from?
We offer three unique performance fabrics for your choosing (HexaFlex, NanoDri, and MicroQuad). Click Here to learn more.
How are designs/graphics built into the jersey?
We use high-quality sublimation to create your jersey. Sublimation allows us to manufacture nearly any design and create the look you want for your team. Sublimation does not crack, peel, or fade like many other decoration techniques.
Is there a minimum jersey order?
Our minimum jersey order is 9 jerseys. After your initial team order, you can order whatever quantity you need (1, 10, 100, etc.).
Do you have Youth sizing?
Yes. We offer youth sizing for basketball jerseys. Click here to view our sizing charts.
How many revisions can I request after my initial designs have been created?
If you would like for us to make revisions to the designs we have already created for you, it's no problem at all. Please note that we allow up to three revisions to be made to your initial designs (if desired). After three revisions, we require an order to be placed and payment to be made. After an order/payment has been received, we can continue to make any requested revisions to your designs until you are 100% satisfied with the look of your jersey(s).
Why don't you have an online jersey designer?
We feel you deserve more than just a bunch of pre-designed templates that require you to change the colors and specs of the jersey. We treat each customer as if you were our only customer, and tailor each and every detail to your exact specifications and create a truly custom work of art that will be unique to your club.
I don't have a logo. Can you make a custom logo for me?
Unfortunately, no. We do not provide custom logo services. We can only work with logos you provide for us. The reason for this is to keep our prices as low as possible and pass on the savings to you. Many companies either work their art charges into the price of their jerseys or charge hundreds of dollars for this service. Our goal is to delivery a quality, custom, authentic product at the lowest price possible.
I already have a logo, but it's a little rough. Can you still use it?
We prefer all logos/graphics to be in a vector format (.AI, .EPS, etc.), but we can still use your logo in whatever format if the resolution is high enough. Basically, the larger the image the better. We can redraw your logo/graphic if it is large enough.
